What’s the difference between the four services?

Each service offers a different level of support, from a focused consultation to a fully managed itinerary with booking coordination and during-trip support.

Can I book my own flights and hotels?

Yes. You remain in control of your bookings and payments unless booking coordination is included in your selected service.

Are supplier costs included in the service fee?

No. Service fees cover travel design, research and coordination. Hotels, flights, activities, restaurants, transfers and other supplier costs are paid separately.

How far in advance should I book?

Ideally, book as early as possible, especially for peak travel periods or more complex itineraries.

Can I add another destination?

Yes. Additional destinations can be added for AED 500 per destination.

Do you offer support during the trip?

During-trip WhatsApp support is included with The Luxe Itinerary.

Are restaurant and activity bookings included?

Recommendations are included with Signature Journey. Booking coordination is included with The Luxe Itinerary.
