REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

GROUP TRIPS

We understand that plans may change.
Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for group trips:

Transfer of Booking
  • If you wish to cancel your participation, you may transfer your spot to another person without any additional fees from us.

  • Note: Some third-party costs (e.g., airline tickets, visas, or other non-refundable expenses) may still apply and will be the responsibility of the original participant or the transferee.
    ​

Cancellation by the Client
  • If the trip is fully booked and your spot is resold, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable costs (e.g., processing fees, airline tickets, or other non-refundable expenses).

  • If the spot is not resold, the following refund schedule applies:

    • More than 60 days before departure: Full refund minus a 25% administrative fee.

    • 30 to 60 days before departure: 50% refund of the total trip cost.

    • Less than 30 days before departure: No refunds, as all bookings are finalized.
       

Cancellation by Us
  • If we must cancel the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive:

    • A full refund OR

    • A credit toward a future trip of your choice.
       

Exceptions
  • Refunds do not apply to flight tickets, travel insurance, or personal expenses.

  • Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest) may result in alternative refund solutions.
     

Shared Room Policy

To ensure clarity and fairness in the booking process, please review the following guidelines:

  • Solo travelers are required to book a private room.

  • Shared rooms are available exclusively for friends or family members traveling together.

  • We do not provide guaranteed roommate matching.

  • In certain cases, when separate requests for shared rooms are received, we may facilitate an introduction between travelers as a courtesy. This option is not guaranteed and is subject to mutual agreement.

  • Once both travelers confirm their shared arrangement, both bookings must be finalized. If one traveler cancels or the arrangement cannot be maintained, the remaining traveler will be responsible for covering the price difference to convert the room to a private room.

  • Shared room arrangements are only considered confirmed once both parties have completed their bookings.

TRIP DESIGN SERVICES

We dedicate time and effort to crafting personalized travel experiences.
Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for trip design services:

Trip Design Fees
  • Our trip design fee is non-refundable once the planning process has begun.

  • If you cancel before work has started, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the trip design fee.
     

Hotel & Service Bookings
  • Hotel cancellations are subject to the policies and deadlines set by the hotel. Any refunds will depend on their terms.

  • Other bookings (activities, transportation, guides, etc.) will follow the cancellation policies of each provider. We will advise you on the specific terms at the time of booking.
     

Modification Requests
  • If you need to modify your trip after confirmation, we will accommodate changes where possible. However, additional fees may apply based on supplier terms. 
     

Destination Changes
  • Adding or changing destinations after the trip design has been confirmed may result in additional fees. All changes are subject to availability, updated pricing, and logistical considerations at the time of the request.

 
Cancellation by Us
  • In the rare case that we must cancel your trip design service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of the service fee, excluding any non-refundable supplier costs.
