Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions • The service fee covers trip design and planning only. Bookings (flights, hotels, transfers) will follow the selected package. • Once work begins, the service fee is non-refundable. • If the Client cancels after planning has started, the full fee remains payable. • The Client may choose to book hotels or services independently and use loyalty program benefits if preferred. • WhatsApp support during the trip is included only in the Luxe Itinerary tier.
